Regulatory status
Atlasy Equity Partners Ltd. develops white-label software and provides it, together with the related intellectual property, to businesses. Atlasy does not itself provide crypto-asset services within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA), investment services, payment or e-money services, or banking services. It is not a crypto-asset service provider (CASP), Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF), payment institution, e-money institution or credit institution. It holds no licence or authorisation from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), the Central Bank of Cyprus or any other financial supervisory authority. Any authorisations required to operate a customer-facing service built on our software, under MiCA, Swiss law (e.g. FINMA or a self-regulatory organisation such as VQF) or other law, are obtained and held by the independent operator, not by Atlasy.
Nothing on this website is investment, legal or tax advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell crypto-assets or financial instruments, or an offer of any service in a jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful.

Business customers only / dispute resolution
This website and our services are directed exclusively at businesses, such as crypto-asset operators, payment firms and financial institutions, and not at consumers. We do not enter into contracts with consumers and do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer alternative dispute resolution (ADR) entity. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, so no link to it is provided.
